Crock Pot Creamy Southwest Chicken

- 5 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 (15 1/2 ounce) can black beans
- 1 (10 ounce) jar salsa
- 1 (15 ounce) can corn
- 0.5 (15 ounce) package low-fat cream cheese
directions
- Take 4-5 frozen, yes, frozen, boneless chicken breasts put into crock pot.
- Add 1 can of black beans, drained, 1 jar of salsa, 1 can of corn drained.
- Keep in crock pot on high for about 4-5 hours or until chicken is cooked.
- Add cream cheese (just throw it on top!) and let sit for about 1/2 hour.
- Enjoy!

I tried this one tonight and WOW, what flavor!!! This is so easy which is another reason I'll be adding this to my recipe rotation. Be sure to read the instructions since the jar of salsa was left out in the ingredient list. I used regular cream cheese instead of low fat since that's all I had on hand. I'm sure it will be just as yummy with the lower fat version. Thanks so much for the post.
