This dish is about as Chinese as I am, but it's really GOOD. Another favorite from my ex mother-in-law. We so much enjoyed cooking and sharing recipes together; I miss it VERY much.
- 3 -4 lbs spareribs (beef or pork)
- 1⁄4 cup soy sauce
- 1⁄4 cup orange marmalade
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- Mix all the sauce ingredients together in the crock pot sleeve, then add your ribs. Brush the sauce onto the ribs, taking care to cover the ribs on all sides. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
