The best chili I've ever made! I got discouraged years ago and settled for canned chili and seasoning packets - not after making this one. This was simple and delicious. I threw in some celery that needed to get used up, otherwise followed the recipe, adding about a teaspoon and a half of salt. When it was about half done I tasted it and ended up using pretty much the full 3 tablespoons of chili pepper.

Very good mild chili. Next time I'll use the whole 3 tablespoons chili powder. We liked the sausage mixed with turkey for a chili with a different taste. Thanks for sharing!
