Excellent easy recipe. Put 4 small breasts in frozen and shredded chicken 6 hours in 8 and let it soak for 2 hours. Turned out great. Thanks.

FABULOUS tasting! I do not add salt to anything and did not find this salty at all (as others commented on). I added my chicken breasts frozen. Will definitely make again. Used this for Shirl's Awesome Easy Burritos. Excellent!
this was good as is but i also found it a bit too salty. tried the second time with low sodium chicken broth and low sodium taco seasoning but was too bland. the third time just used low sodium chicken broth and my regular taco seasoning and it was perfect.

Easy! Family has requested we no longer have ground beef for tacos anymore....only this wonderful and healthy chicken! Yummmm! Thanks for the great recipe.

This is unbelievably simple, low fat and yummy. I start with completely frozen chicken breasts, but otherwise make it exactly as written. Shred the chicken and place it back in the cooking liquid if you would like it to absorb the juices. It is wonderful in tacos and salads. I haven't had enough left-over to freeze! Thanks for sharing!
I used chicken thighs, and the meat turned out great but needed more flavor and I don't think it needed that much juice. I would use two taco packets next time and a bit less water. Good overall though!
