Easy to shred and yummy. My husband and nephew had it on a Costco Torta sandwich roll and loved it. The rest of us rolled it up in a flour tortilla with some shredded cheese and sour cream. Very inexpensive (and easy) to prepare. Smells great cooking, too. ;)
DELISH! One of the best taco meats ever. The fact that it is so easy is just the icing. I use a VERY popular taco seasoning that starts an M & ends in a K & it's perfect every single time.

Great stuff ! Since we have to watch our sodium intake I made this with LOW SODIUM chicken broth and NO taco seasonings.
It is still a fantastic recipe for salads and tacos etc. We just add our own seasonings and love it.
I've made this a few times now & realized that I never rated it. This is so easy & freezes well for quick meals during the week. We love it. Thanks for posting this keeper recipe :0)

This is fantastic! It's my husbnad's favorite dinner, my 3 year old son loves it plain, and my 6 year old daughter loves it in quesadillas. It's always a hit at my house! I also add a can of drained black beans.
This really is incredible. I made this for my husband & made it again for our Thanksgiving appetizer tray. It was so easy. I used my own homemade taco seasoning & low sodium veggie broth. Chicken was fall apart tender & had great flavor AND smell. thanks for sharing!
