This was good and so easy to make. The chicken just falls apart after the 8 hours. I cooked mine overnight and by morning had some to take to work with me, and I froze the rest. Its ready for the next time.
I never thought something so easy could be so tasty! What a great low-fat way to make chicken. And it made my house smell SOOO good!! I will use this recipe again and again. Thanks!!!
This is a DEFINITE keeper! I won't make my tacos any other way!
This was pretty yummy! I loved how easy it was. Next time, I think I'll add a little more spice and more chicken broth - mine came out a little bit on the dry side but overall very good! Thanks for sharing.
Excellent and SO easy! I added 1 small sliced onion and a small can of salsa. It was delicious! After 5 hours on low, I went to flip the chicken and the chicken started shredding to pieces. I barely twisted my fork around and it was all shredded! I left it in the juices on warm until ready to serve and it soaked up most of them. SO juicy and SO GOOD! Thank you, I will make this again and again!
Simple and excellent. We used boneless, skinless chicken thighs.
oooh so fabulous! so many options thanks
The chicken came out just a little bit dry, but we took the liquid remaining in the crockpot and thickened it a little to make a sauce. Other than that, it was excellent! I will definately be making this again :)
This was great! I made a triple batch so I could freeze some wraps with the leftovers and I was worried there might not be any. I made spanish rice to serve as a side with the tacos, but we ended up making burritos with the rice in them instead and i froze the leftover chicken and rice in burrito shells for wraps for work.
great recipe!!! i think we've had it 2x a month since finding it! thanx pamela ( :
