  1. Put ham and cheese on chicken.
  2. Roll up and secure with a toothpick.
  3. Place chicken in the slow cooker/Crock Pot so it looks like a triangle
  4. Layer the rest on top.
  5. Mix soup with the milk, then pour over top of chicken.
  6. Cover and cook on low for about 4 hours or until chicken is no longer pink.
  7. Serve over pasta.
  8. Sauce can be used over the pasta.

This is to die for!! It is soooo easy to fix....and it tastes soooo good!! My 18 month old had 2 helpings (and she usually only eats 1/2 a helping)! A definate keeper in my cookbook.

I found this fairly bland. The recipe didn't call for any salt or pepper, and I didn't add any. It was easy, but if I fix this again, I'll salt the chicken before I roll it up, and add both salt and pepper to the sauce mix.
