Really good family meal, its been so hot here the past week yet I wanted a cooked meal instead of the usual summer fare, so I chose this as it wouldnt overheat my kitchen. I used a 200g pack of Greggs sage and onion stuffing mix (for the kiwis who want to make this) and followed the rest of the recipe to a T, it wasnt mushy and had a lovely flavour. Im a relatively new crockpot user and cooked this for 9 hours on low, next time I'll only cook for 8, the chicken was a little dry. Yummy flavours, thanks for sharing.

Very Good! Except the stuffing was really mushy. My husband would prefer rice instead, so next time I'll try the rice verse the stuffing. Also, this recipe would be great with mushroom (that's coming from my young daughter)

Made this a couple weeks ago..sorry I didn't rate then. I used the frozen chicken breasts to keep from being dry...and the smell was really great! We'll make this one again, especially if I'm in a hurry in the morning and want something comforting when I get home from work.

We enjoyed this chicken and stuffing very much.I used a 5 oz can of evaporated milk-which isn't quite 3/4 cup.I used 4 frozen boneless chicken breasts halves, cooked on high for 1 hour, then low for about 4 hours. Next time I make this recipe,I am going to saute celery and onion and add on top of stuffing. Thanks for the "keeper" Brenda :0)

Sooo good! I've made this twice now. I thought it was wonderful the first time I made it, but as I was putting the crock pot away, I noticed a can of evaporated milk sitting behind it. OMG, I forgot to put the milk in! So the next time I used the milk, and it just became even more delicious! Thank you.

If you're like me and believe that the way to a man's heart is through his stomach and you're looking for a quick and easy way in, then consider this meal the next time you need to impress without a ton of work! I made this for the BF's birthday dinner and he gushed (yes, gushed!) over how wonderful it was! The chicken was so tender that it literally fell apart and the stuffing was moist and delicious! I also served homemade yeast rolls and corn - a tasty, filling meal. Thanks, BrendaM, for a great recipe! UPDATE: This recipe made it into my Book #235514 cookbook! Thanks, again, BrendaM!

On the go looking for something that I could just throw together in no time. This came out quite good. Will try again to get the stuffing not as mushy.
