I make these for DH and friends for Football Sunday's. They love them. They are very easy to make and everybody can help themselves and add their own condiments. Serve with chips and plenty of cold beer! They are sure to disappear! I leave the green peppers out since I hate them! This is a great recipe to take to a potluck and can easily be doubled.
Turned out pretty good! I used my Ninja (food processor-like machine) to chop up the peppers before cooking. Instead of using pickle relish, I through some pickle slices into my Ninja. Gave the recipe a realistic taste. I also used ground turkey instead of ground beef. Family loved!

It was good. I made a few changes...used a few dashes of my hubby's steak seasonings. Used 4ou of velvetta, added some sharp cheddar and added left the ketchup and pickles out (but added onto bun afterward). I think it would be great added to egg noodles or onto a flour tortilla. Thank you!
