Great...easy and delicious. I also added some zucchini. Also I used about 2t salt...and it still wasn't enough! I also added some frozen Italian season cubes (2), 2 frozen parsley cubes and 2 frozen red pepper cubes (but one would have been better. Thanks so much for sharing!
