Simple, easy and tasty. I cut back on the milk, but maybe not enough as sauce still thin. Easily corrected with cornstarch slurry. I started w/ frozen chicken breasts too, which also increased the liquid. Next time I may add some white wine. I did add minced garlic ('cause I add that to everything!), fresh mushrooms (on top), and creole seasoning (in place of salt and pepper). Served over brown rice. It's a keeper! Thanks for posting

the only differences i made were cutting back on a can of milk, and adding fresh broccoli florets, i cooked the broccoli in the sauce adding it at the 4 hr mark - i served it over rice which helped to observe some of the liquid

Very easy to make! The sauce was a good consistency and the chicken was very tender. My family loved it!

I loved how easy this was! I've made it twice now, the first time exactly as directed. The second time, once it was done in the crockpot, I sprinkled it with breadcrumbs drizzled it with a little butter, and popped the ceramic crockpot dish in the oven on broil until it was crispy. My fam preferred this little addition, but we couldn't have done it w/out the great creamy goods underneath! Thanks, Dancing Cook!

Not a bad "no-fuss, no-muss" kind of dinner. I think I over-cooked the chicken because while it was nice and fall-off-the-fork tender, it seemed a bit mushy. Towards the end of the cooking time I threw in some fresh brocolli and served this with some elbow macaroni. As it's been noted the sauce was kind of runny. A little mixture of water and cornstarch will take care of that though. This has been added to my recipe book and I'm willing to give it another shot.

I picked this recipe for the "Pick a Chef" game. I needed something to put together quick today so I could take my child to the Childrens Museum of Richmond and have dinner ready when we got home. It was a day for the dear old crockpot to do all the work. So I threw this all in and went on with my day. We arrived home hungry and all that I had to do was boil the rice and dinner was served and scarfed! I did omit 1/2 cup of milk due to the last review and feel it was great without it.

On Thursdays, I leave my husband a printed crockpot recipe to make while I am at the Unviersity. Today he made this recipe and we served it with egg noodles and steamed broccoli and greated cheddar cheese for garnish. This was an easy recipe to throw together but I found the sauce was a bit runny and I think next time I'll add less milk. Thanks for posting!
