This is adapted from “The Unwatched Pot”. I bet this would freeze very well either on its own or as a burrito filling. It would be fun to do a "theme night" with this one... Play some Bob Marley or rent Cool Runnings. Serve some pineapple-mango salsa and have some fun with it!

  1. Place beans in slow cooker and add next 7 ingredients.
  2. Cook on low for 8 hours.
  3. Remove ham and bay leaf. Cut meat off the bone; return to pot.
  4. In a bowl, combine flour, rum and Tabasco sauce. Stir into beans and blend well.
  5. Serve with sour cream.
