  1. think I would cook it longer and shred the meat and make sandwiches out of it. also would thicken the sauce to serve with it.

  2. This is now my Familys favorite meal... we have made it many times and never have leftovers.... great great meal

  3. This was really good and oh so simple! The DH and I had to change our dinner plans after it had already been cooking for 8+hrs so I just popped it in the fridge over night... in the morning I just put it back on low... Turned out FABULOUS! Sweet... Tangy... We will be having this one again! Thanks so much!

  4. Good stuff! I added potatoes, and at the end some cornstarch to thicken the sauce. I didn't have a stout beer but it still worked okay. Also I had to cook longer, more like 9.5 hrs.

  5. Awesome! Awesome! You made my day! This recipe was easy to put together and taste great. My favorite part it was that this recipe is cooked in my crock pot. I made this the night before and plugged it in first thing in the morning. Will make this again!!
