Crock Pot Beef and Noodles

I don't remember where I got this recipe, but it is tasty and easy.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 12 lbs chuck roast
  • 10 ounces cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 14 ounces dry onion soup mix
  • 1 cup cooking sherry
  • 1 cup water
  • 16 ounces egg noodles

Directions

  1. Brown roast first (if desired).
  2. Place all ingredients in crock pot, except egg noodles.
  3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours, stirring occassionally.
  4. Cook egg noodles according to package directions.
  5. Serve roast over noodles.
