- 1 lb mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup artichoke heart, drained and chopped
- 1 red pepper, seeded and finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Add all ingredients to the slow-cooker and mix thouroughly.
- Cover; cook on high about 1 hour.
