Very nice indeed... It didn't specify if this was for the stovetop, oven etc so I cheated and shoved it all in the crockpot for 6 hours.. yum! our sauce didn't thicken because of that, but we were too hungry to reduce it seperately so enjoyed it a little thinner. Not a problem, it was very tasty. An excellent all-in-one meal that we will be repeating in the midweek rush, as we love lamb. Please see my Rating System: 4 excellent stars for a recipe that we will enjoy making again and again. Thanks!

I was browsing in the Internet searching for a recipe easy enough to cook a beef chunk when I found this one. It was so simple that at first I doubted it that something tasty will come out. But the stew was great! The instructions are easily followed and you just can't get the stuff wrong:) The only change I made was that I used butter instead of lard and frozen green peas instead of fresh. I am cooking randomly and usually my creations are not edible so when I ate the first bowl with the most delicious stew ever, I decided to register in Food.com to write a thank you for sharing with us this recipe:)
