Criss Cross Potatoes

"A quick, easy and delicious way to prepare potatoes. If I'm feeling particularly calorie conscious (which doesn't happen as often as it should). I score the potatoes, spray with Pam and place sprayed side down on the non stick cookie sheet.) Either way, they're delicious."

  1. I've been making these potatoes for almost 40 years! Sometimes I just use olive oil brushed on the potato tops too. I also experiment with toppings. I've sprinkled Italian seasoning on top, or garlic, lots of different ways. The tops of these potatoes kinda "puff" after cooking because of the scoring. It has been a family staple for a long time! Actually am making some now, thought about posting the recipe, and found it here!
