Simple and delicious. The white pepper gives it a more subtle bang than black pepper. My only change: I needed to use two eggs for 12 pieces of chicken, I guess I have smaller eggs.

  1. Put beaten egg in one plate, and mixture of the dry ingredients in another.
  2. Roll chicken first in the egg, then in the breadcrumb mixture.
  3. Cook covered for an hour, uncovered for half an hour at about 180C.
