  1. Put beaten egg in one plate, and mixture of the dry ingredients in another.
  2. Roll chicken first in the egg, then in the breadcrumb mixture.
  3. Cook covered for an hour, uncovered for half an hour at about 180C.

Simple and delicious. The white pepper gives it a more subtle bang than black pepper. My only change: I needed to use two eggs for 12 pieces of chicken, I guess I have smaller eggs.

Very easy and soo good. The only change I made was I only used 1/2 teaspoon of white pepper.

Incredibly good taste!! I used one egg for 7 pieces of chicken (3 breasts and 4 thighs) and I was mopping the dregs with the last piece but it worked and was delicious!! Thank you alizaweeza for submitting this for ZWT2005!
