  • 12 cup whole almond, toasted
  • 12 cup raisins
  • 12 cup dried apple
  • 12 cup dried fig, stemmed
  • 12 cup dates, pitted
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 34 cup crispy rice cereal


  1. In food processor, blend almonds, raisins, apples, dates and figs to form paste. Add orange juice and mix well.
  2. Place in shallow dish.
  3. Scoop out a teaspoon of almond mixture and roll into balls.
  4. Roll in cereal to coat.

I've had something similar once, this sounds delicious! Although I would substitute the crispy rice for my favorite healthy cereal. Things like... Kashi Go Lean Crunch, and other cereals along those lines!
