- 30 wonton wrappers
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried basil, crushed
- 1⁄4 cup parmesan cheese
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Using a sharp knife, cut wonton wrappers diagonally in half to form 60 triangles. Coat a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange one third of the triangles in a single layer on baking sheet.
- Stir together oil, garlic and basil. Lightly brush wonton triangles with some of oil mixture; sprinkle with some of the cheese. Bake 8 minutes or till golden brown. Cool completely. Repeat with the rest of the batches.
