I made this with Cheez-Its as well, but the parmesan and cheddar ones. The crackers were incredible by themselves, and I had really high hopes for the chicken, but all flavor was lost after frying. It turned out OK, just not as tasty as I thought it would be.

Awesome recipe. So crunchy and tasty. I didn't have garlic powder so I used garlic salt instead. Don't know if it changed the taste too much. Will make it again.

I made these last night and my friend said WOW these are wonderful. And yes they are absolutely, positively DELICIOUS! Made exactly as written. No more store bought chicken tenders, these are a keeper. *Made for PAC Spring 2009* Thanks !
