We thought these were really good. The mayo made the chicken nice and tender, I have used this method on roasting turkey as well. I also added some garlic and season salt. Thanks for posting! :)

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 13 cups French-fried onions (such as French's)
  • 14 cup mayonnaise
  • 14 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken tenders


  1. Crush French Fried Onions in plastic bag with hands or rolling pin.
  2. Combine mayonnaise and cheese.
  3. Brush mixture on chicken.
  4. Dip into onion crumbs, pressing firmly to adhere.
  5. Place chicken on baking sheet.
  6. Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes or until no longer pink in center.
