- spread in an even layer on a large wire rack on top of a large baking pan.
- bake 350 degrees for 15 min.
Wow, delicious! This one's a revelation. The only thing I didn't do was use the rack, but it still came out nice and crispy and very yummy. We had this over a polenta dish, but I could see a lot of applications for it.
Great Sub for junk-food chips!! I personally sprinkle the salt on the pieces after they are arranged on the pan (I use a big cookie sheet lined with parchement for easy clean up) Be ready to buy and make these at least 2 bunches at a time!! UPDATE: I made 2 bunches, stored the extras in a Ziplock Bag a few hours after they cooled - Bad Idea! they turned soggy and limp by the next day :-(
