Really good potatoes! Just loved all that garlic flavor. The lemon was subtle and I may add a little of lemon juice as well next time just to boost that flavor a bit. Thanks for sharing this recipe!
This is great. I cooked my potatoes in my steamer machine. And then cut them in a good size so they would get crisp faster. Another time I may add just a dash or two of fresh lemon juice, just to give it more flavor. Thanks Bluemoon. Made for Holiday tag.

Tasty, tasty, tasty potatoes. I used small yukon gold. They turned out perfect, golden, crispy, crunchy and tender. I loved the seasonings in this dish, the lemon really pops in a subtle way and compliments the garlic beautifully. I will be making this dish again often, thank you so much for sharing this lovely quick and easy to make recipe.
Delicious roasted potatoes! I used a mix of baby potatoes from a local farmer's market, and left the smallest ones whole. They turned out crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and we enjoyed the tasty blend of seasonings. Thanks for posting, ~Sue
I love potatoes and this recipe is no exception. The grocery I was in didn't have new red potatoes so I got the smallest red potatoes they had. I also sprayed the potatoes with some olive oil so they'd be coated before baking. They were served with bbq'd spareribs and salad.
I may change my rating at another time when I get it right. I wrote this down a couple months ago and it's been posted on my refrigerator ever since. Well, I finally got around to trying it, and it really didn't have much flavor. Now that I have come back to it, it seems my measurements must be off. We'll see how it goes next time.
