- Pour yogurt into a small bowl. Freeze overnight or until solid as rock.
- Take it out of the fridge and microwave for 10 secs. The sides of the yogurt, which is the part near your bowl, should be softened.
- Put yogurt into a blender and beat for 15 secs. or until yogurt is completely smashed. Transfer from blender to a glass or a bowl and top with berries. Serve!
