This is one of My Husbands favorite dishes. His mother use to make them. Easy to make. Servings are according to how many noodles that are cooked.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • noodles
  • oil (I prefer Bacon drippings)


  1. Cook noodles as on package.
  2. Drain well.
  3. Add oil or bacon dripings to Skillet.
  4. Fry until very crisp.

Very different way to have your noodles! The jury is still out on this one at my house as everyone liked them a different way. Fried egg noodles in bacon grease and some liked them very crispy (with a crunch) and some liked them still kinda soft and just browned in the bacon grease. Tasty just the same. TY Barbara!
