This is one of My Husbands favorite dishes. His mother use to make them. Easy to make. Servings are according to how many noodles that are cooked.
- oil (I prefer Bacon drippings)
- Cook noodles as on package.
- Drain well.
- Add oil or bacon dripings to Skillet.
- Fry until very crisp.

Very different way to have your noodles! The jury is still out on this one at my house as everyone liked them a different way. Fried egg noodles in bacon grease and some liked them very crispy (with a crunch) and some liked them still kinda soft and just browned in the bacon grease. Tasty just the same. TY Barbara!
