The Cornstarch gives the chicken a nice crunch.
- 3 chicken thighs, cut into bite size pieces
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup oil
- Mix all of the dry ingredient in a bowl.
- Coat the chicken in the egg and shake off any excess egg.
- Transfer the chicken into the dry inredient bowl and coat evenly.
- Put chicken in oil and fry for about 3 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
