We LOVED these. They were crispy and looked better than what you are served at a restaurant. They are also suprisingly easy to make. I followed the recipe exactly and used my deep fryer. I will be making these again and again I am sure! Thank you for posting such a wonderful recipe.

Great method for making French fries. Similar to a method when I was working in a fish and chip store many years ago where they made 'silver dollars' which were potatoe slices about 3/8 inch thick. I just added a little seasonings to the bread crumb coating, personal preference. Served with cheeseburgers and ranch salad dressing as a dip for the fries.
