- 1 can whole corn
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla custard powder
- 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
- 1⁄2 teaspoon hot sauce
- 2 teaspoons sugar (or more)
- to taste bread, sliced, crisp, toasted
- Bring the milk to boil.
- Mix some cold milk with the custard powder and add to the boiling milk, stirring constantly.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and cook for a further 5 mins over a slow flame. Serve hot or chilled over crisp toasted bread slices.
