I don't remember from where I got this recipe. It needs to be marinated for about 30 mins--tastes great!!!

  1. Cut the chicken into thin slices.
  2. Wash and dry completely.
  3. Marinate with tomato sauce, soy sauce, lemon juice, salt, cornflour and msg (ajinomotto).
  4. Let stand for half an hour.
  5. Deep fry and serve hot with coleslaw or mayonnaise.
