  1. Melt margarine in boiling water.
  2. Add flour,salt and red pepper,stir vigorously over low heat until mixture forms a ball.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Add eggs,one at a time,beating well after each.
  5. Stir in cheese.
  6. Drop by teaspoon into hot oil (350) fry until golden.
