  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. In a bowl or ziplock bag, add chopped broccoli. Add minced garlic, olive oil, pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Place the broccoli on a tin foil lined baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 30 minutes, turning once.
