The shepherd doesn't like these. Oh well, that just means that there's more for the chicken-plucker.
- 6 fluid ounces maple syrup
- 2 fluid ounces white wine worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 3 lbs chicken wings
- Mix the maple syrup, Worcestershire sauce and ginger.
- Grill the chicken wings 4-6" from medium coals, 20-25 minutes, brushing frequently with the maple mixture and turning after 10 minutes, until done.
