Crispy Baked Fish Fillets
- 29.58 ml mayonnaise
- 2.46 ml italian seasoning
- 1.23 ml salt
- 1.23 ml pepper
- 453.59 g orange roughy fillet
- 118.29 ml fine corn flake crumbs
- Mix together first 4 ingredients and brush over fillets. Dredge fillets in crumbs and place on a lightly greased baking sheet.
- Bake at 450º for 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
