These are such a simple, but tasty treat. I love them with a bit of cream cheese!

- Using a very sharp serrated knife, slice bagel into very thin rounds.
- Arrange in single layer on baking sheet; brush with margarine.
- Sprinkle with oregano.
- Bake in 350F oven for 12 minutes.
- Let cool and store in airtight container for up to 1 week.
I love to buy bagel chips at the deli but these are better. I purchased day old bagels & froze them for about an hour to make slicing easier. I also experimented with onion salt and garlic instead of oregano. They all tasted great but oregano has the best flavor. I melted a little cheese on some - yum!
