Almost perfect. Add some broken up stick pretzles (with salt, of course) and you have my Mom's famous Christmas Candy!

These were very good and definitely quick and easy for candy making. I used dark chocolate, and only 1 1/3 cups of it (trying to lower the saturated fat). I was worried that they might not set up, but they did just fine. They took about 35 minutes plus 10 minutes in the frig to set up. Putting them in the frig does speed up the process, but try not to do more than 10 minutes or you could get bloom (doesn't affect the taste, but gives them white spots). I knew when they were completely set when the chocolate was no longer shiny.
