  1. Remove cartilage from crab meat. Combine all ingredients except bacon.
  2. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Chill for 30 minutes.
  4. Portion crab mixture with a tablespoon.
  5. Shape into small rolls.
  6. Wrap bacon around crab rolls and secure with a toothpick.
  7. Place crab rolls on a broiler pan.
  8. Broil about 4 inches from source of heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
  9. Turn carefully.
  10. Broil 4 to 5 minutes longer.
  11. Makes 30 hors d'oeuvres.
