  1. Mix together cabbage and red and green onions in large mixing bowl.
  2. Whisk oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, cumin and mustard together in a small bowl.
  3. Pour over cabbage mixture.
  4. Add sweetened dried cranberries, mix thoroughly.
  5. Marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour.
