This was outstanding! I just made it today and had to write a review. Not usually a fan of breakfast casseroles, I was skeptical about making this. But, I had leftover ham and was looking to make the most of it. This recipe certainly did! I doubled the recipe and had enough to feed 8 people as the recipe said it would. Everyone was impressed! Thanks for posting!

This casserole is awesome! So easy and tastes great. I didnt have a 9 x 9 pan so I used a larger casserole dish and baked for 30 minutes. The ham was deli ham that I sliced into bite size pieces. DH loves cheese so I added more cheese and had chives on hand so used those. A versatile little recipe that I will definitely be making again. Thank you Cookin'Diva for posting this recipe. Made and reviewed for the April TOTM's Easter Egg tag game.

This recipe was absolutely delicious!! Mine didnt turn out quite as pretty because the edges got too brown, next time I will cover them with foil. I didnt have any green onions and we didnt miss them, but I'd like to add them next time. Will definitely be making again- THANKS!!

I had a bunch of ham leftover and decided to make this ... it was great. Not only taste wise but I used up a bunch of ingredients from the fridge. I added brocolli and garlic salt. Thanks for a great dinner that my husband said it was so good we could have it again and if I didn't want to cook it - he would.

We loved this! What a great little recipe. I was trying to find something different for breakfast that I could make with things I had around the house and I found this recipe. I made it with diced leftover turkey instead of the ham and it was delicious! I'm going to have to make it again next time I have ham since I'm sure that would be even better. Thanks for posting this, we really enjoyed it!

This is a fantastic recipe!!! I used it as a "demo" for my FACS classes as they will be making it on their own later in the week. I wanted to show them how to brown meat so I used sausage in one casserole and ham in the other. Both were delicious! I used Garlic Butter crescents, hot sausage and extra sharp cheddar cheese. I also added a little garlic powder to the egg/milk mixture. My friend, DeAnn, and I had it for lunch and she said it was the best breakfast casserole she's ever tasted. I happen to agree, just don't tell my mom it's even better than hers. ;) Thanks for sharing this super recipe, Cookin'Diva. My students are so excited to make it! **Made for Think Pink**

I made this recipe for a Sunday brunch and followed the directions for making part of it on Saturday and finished it Sunday morning. I doubled it, using a 13x9-inch glass dish and baked it at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. It was wonderful as is, and would be great with mushrooms and a green vegetable like asparagus or broccoli.
