    Prep Time: 10 mins

    Total Time: 1 1/4 hr

    1. 1 Beat eggs until fluffy.
    2. 2 Add all other ingredients in order except sugar, stirring well after each until batter is smooth.
    3. 3 Let batter sit, refridgerated, one hous.
    4. 4 Melt a small amount of butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
    5. 5 Pour about 1/4 cup of batter in frying pan, tilting it quickly so a thin layer covers the bottom of the pan.
    6. 6 When edges begin to curl, flip crepe, then put immediately onto plate.
    7. 7 Roll up crepes and sprinkle sugar or you can fill it with whatever you like, such as chicken salad!
