- Mix all ingredients together until smooth, batter will be thin.
- Get frying pan or crepe pan hot.
- Grease pan.
- Pour a ladle full of batter into the pan, swirling the pan to spread it all around. Cook till the top starts to bubble and then flip. It takes only a minute or so.
- Serve with fruit, brown sugar, icing sugar or syrup.
