Simple and yummy crepes.
- Whisk flour and eggs slowly stirring in milk and water.
- Add salt and butter.
- Whisk until smooth. Let rest in fridge for about 20 minutes Spray non stick 12 inch - 18 inch pan with non stick cooking spray.
- Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into pan, tilting to spread the batter out.
- Cook until it looks like its not liquidy.
- Flip and cook only a few more minutes.
- Fill with anything and everything. Sweets, veggies, meats, cheeses. ANYTHING.
