  1. Whisk flour and eggs slowly stirring in milk and water.
  2. Add salt and butter.
  3. Whisk until smooth. Let rest in fridge for about 20 minutes Spray non stick 12 inch - 18 inch pan with non stick cooking spray.
  4. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into pan, tilting to spread the batter out.
  5. Cook until it looks like its not liquidy.
  6. Flip and cook only a few more minutes.
  7. Fill with anything and everything. Sweets, veggies, meats, cheeses. ANYTHING.
