Wonderful!! I am a crepe lover from way back (I lived on them during a trip to Paris) and am always on the look out for a simple recipe that does not involve too many eggs. This is an excellent recipe - the texture, appearance and most importantly the flavor is PERFECT I make one small amendment: replaced the vegetable oil 2 tbs melted butter in the batter - gives it extra flavor. Enjoy!
Simple, like the no sugar. Used 2 beaten eggs, came out just right, Filled some with warmed, sliced strawberries mixed with blueberries and cream cheese<br/>Some with left over apple pie filling.
quick and easy...
These were delicious. We made a double batch with a bit more milk added and we served with berries, whipped cream and maple syrup. Thanks!
Easy and fast with few ingredients. Loved it
made in blender. perfect recipe
i didnt like it...ive had better crepes
Made approx 12 thin crepes. Added 1 tbsp of sugar. Used blender, PERFECT crepes. National Pancake Day started out very successful!
very easy! The second time I made them with soy milk and corn flour and it worked just as well and tasted just as delicious.
My son's favorite sunday breakfast . I love that taste is not eggy. I have also played with the recepie a little, I added a teaspoon of maple syrup and a splash of vanilla and sub the oil for butter. I also have sub half a cup of the milk for Greek yogurt to increase the protein content a little. I serve these with apple infuse maple syrup and they area the best Sunday breakfast.
