The best crepes, made the easiest way!

I went to post my recipe and found this one both are the same you need 1 1/2 t vanilla. I use a crepe maker and make 48 to 72 at a time. Have made 350 at once. We fill them with ice cream. Take a 1/2 gal. and divide it into 24 sticks. Put one stick of ice cream on a crepe and roll up like a cigar,storew in plastic tub, in freezer. Pull out the ammonut needed to thaw and top with canned pie filling, squirt of whipped crean and a cherry. A final to good eats.

  1. In a blender combine all Wet ingredients (Milk, Butter, Eggs, Vanilla) and mix on low for 1 minute.
  2. combine all dry ingredients (Flour, Sugar, Baking powder, Salt) in a bowl.
  3. Turn Blender up to highest speed and SLOWLY add dry ingredient mixture.
  4. Blend on HIGH for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Pour into bowl and let "Rest" (until most of the bubbles are gone) for 4 minutes.
  6. Coat a LARGE non-stick pan with Non-Stick cooking spray or butter.
  7. Place pan over HIGH heat for 1-2 mins or until HOT.
  8. Pour just less than 3/4 cup of batter into pan and remove from heat while rotating pan to cover bottom with batter.
  9. Let sit for 5 minutes off of heat.
  10. Remove crepes onto plate and cover with favorite filling, roll up and dust with powdered sugar if desired.
