This recipe was amazing! It was my first time making crepes, and it was for my culinary instructor to grade, and they came out amazing! I filled them with whipped topping mixed with diced kiwi, and he loved it! Delicious~

easy and a big hit. I added a bit of cheddar to them.. Also, pour in the liquid ingredients into the blender first so the flour doesn't clump up at the bottom

Sign in or create an accountThese were my first crepes, and they came out perfectly. I made the whole batch and froze half, with layers of waxed paper in between. My first recipe was a dinner crepe, with spinach, mushrooms, turkey bacon and cheese - excellent! This morning, I used the crepes, from the freezer, and made a delicious mixed berry sauce with cream cheese filling. These crepes work well with both sweet and savory dishes. Great to freeze and have on hand for a quick meal or dessert!

My mom used to make crepes filled with pudding and I've got an overstock of pudding in the cabinet so I'm gonna try these. Thanks so much for posting!

I had never made crepes before and was always scared to try making them due to them being more delicate than pancakes but I found this recipe to be quite easy to preform. I did not let the batter stand very long as this was a spur of the moment idea and the consistency of the crepes came out a little on the thick side, like tortillas instead of paper thin like I'm accustomed to perhaps this was due to the pan being too hot and not being able to spread them thin enough-quick enough. I was a little confused as to what the heated butter was for and the 2 tablespoons of water. I just used the melted butter on my pan but I never could figure out at what point the 2 tablespoons of water came into play. I made these for myself and and my son and we both enjoyed them. I filled his with strawberry filling and place some strawberries ontop with whipped cream and he devoured it. Thanks for the recipe! Practice makes perfect and I will continue to try and perfect my technique!

Too many eggs, not enough milk.

I didn't have an hour to wait, so the batter only sat for 15 min. They still turned out great. My boys devoured these - I filled them with strawberry yogurt, bananas, and granola.

Good stuff. I added 1 T honey to mine and filled them with Greek style yogurt and strawberry preserves. Next time will add almond extract and slivered toasted almonds too. Thanks for the recipe!
