I put this recipe together as stocking stuffers for the men in my family. It's a HIT!

Went ahead and made this while I was making some other mixes and so I haven't used it in a recipe yet, but it smells and tastes great!

Giving this in small jars out as gifts. I think it's perfect for those who like creole seasoning.

I used this seasoning for the Crawfish/Etouffee (Crawfish /Shrimp Etouffee) tutorial in the French Forum last weekend! It was perfect as I was able to control the amount of spice! I loved the kick to this seasoning! Thanks

This is great, I made it up for use in a another recipe - so I won't be giving it away! A very nice mixture, thanks, Di.

I use alot of this seasoning in cooking so making my own will really be a money-saver. I also like the idea that I can control how much cayenne is used!! I have used this mix to make "blackened catfish" and my guys loved it! Thanks, Di, for sharing this recipe!

Excellent mix. Found it online also at Taste of Home magazine website.
Delicious sprinkled on potatoes lightly oiled and roasted in the oven.
