I kept the same ratio, using teaspoons instead of tablespoons, and made just the right amount for my spice jar. I did use about 1/3 the amount of salt (1 t instead of 3 t) as I like to keep the salt down when I can. I used the seasoning mix in a jalapeno popper recipe and it was wonderful! I LOVE making my own spice mixes!!!
Great blend of flavors from these spices! I sprinkled some on my chicken, then grilled for 50 mins. A real good choice right here!
a really nice blend!!! one of the 1st things I tried it on was Homemade Low Calorie Potato Chips will be using lots I am sure.. this made a LOT..but that is ok I will use it... maybe even as a rub....for my pork roast tomorrow thank you for sharing
This is fantastic! Great blend of spices. Also great because there's nothing you can't pronouce involved!
Excellent blend of spices that enhanced my pork roast tremendously! We will use this seasoning on all kinds of things. Next I will be using it on ribs! Potzi
I was making Pan-Fried Pork Chops With Onions and knew I needed a creole seasoning ( never bought the stuff before ), so I did a "ZAAR" search and saw this one. And I have to say, "Boy did it fit the bill". I don't like really spicy or hot foods and this was perfect for me.This worked so well, for the recipe I needed it for. This will be used time and time again.Thank you so much for posting and, "Keep Smiling :) "
We used this to season ground beef for burgers, and they were the best burgers I've ever had. My Cajun husband who is addicted to Tony Cachere's gave this five stars. Thank you!
