This has a nice kick to it, and would be good on pork, chicken and even fish. I used it on Baked Creole Potato Wedges with great success. For health reasons, I cut the salt to just a teaspoon but I don't think it was missed! :) Made for Spring 2009 PAC.

DH expected this would have been spicier than it was... I am not used to eating fire so liked this perfectly as it was. I used half mild paprika and half hot paprika, I could have used all hot no problem. I used it on pork chops and found the flavour to be tangy, refreshing, zingy insteady of "just" spicy hot, so for me that's even better as I think it will appeal to a greater range of tastes when we have a BBQ. Please see my rating system: a lovely 4 star recipe that we will be keeping to use often. Thanks!
